Payroll Processing
- Just submit your employee’s hours by phone, email, or fax and we will prepare their paychecks for you within 24 hours.
- You can choose to pick up your payroll package, have us mail it to you, mail the checks directly to your employees, deliver them personally to you, or have everything done electronically by direct deposit and direct withdrawals. It’s your choice-whatever is the most convenient for you. We want to make it easy for you!
- We will collect any and all payroll taxes due with each pay period including fees and deposit them into a trust account to be submitted according to their due dates. That way, if for any reason there are penalties or late fees associated with the payrolls we processed, we will be responsible for them.
- We will prepare your federal & state payroll tax returns for you.
- We will submit the required tax deposits timely on your behalf.
- We will prepare the year-end payroll reports, including W2’s at no extra charge.
- We will submit pension contributions on your behalf.
- We will submit Workers Compensation reports and payments on your behalf.
- Your payroll will be prepared in accordance with the appropriate state & federal wage laws.
